PROBLEM #1:
Metatags Needed on Every Web Page
Metatags give the search engine
spiders a summary of your web page content. Metatags
are like a roadmap to help the spider read your web
page to determine what the topic is that's being
discussed.
Recommended Solution:
We will add metatags to every web page of your site.

PROBLEM #2:
Keyword-Rich Content Needed
Keyword-rich
content pages, also referred to as "spider food"
pages, are web pages designed to support regionally
specific keyword phrases. For example, "Chicago
tummy tuck", "Chicago liposuction". In order to be
ranked in the search engines for these keywords,
these keywords MUST appear in this order on the web
page. There are other factors involved, however, we
must increase the keyword weight on the page to gain
significant attention from the search engine spider.
In turn, your website will receive high rankings for
the supported regionally specific keywords.
Recommended Solution:
We will build separate 'spider food' web pages to
support your regionally specific keywords to gain
higher, more relevant SEO listings.

PROBLEM #3:
Robot.txt File Needed
Writing a robot.txt file for your
website is a very handy technique used to keep the
search engines from spidering undesirable pages.
Spiders cannot read graphics or dynamic web pages.
For example, spiders will often get hung-up on web
pages that have many photos. This will slow the
spider down from crawling the rest of your website.
If the spider has an unfavorable experience trying
to crawl your web pages, it will not come back to
crawl your website as frequently. This can
negatively affect your search engine listings. To
create a more favorable experience for the spider,
we can tell the spider to not crawl certain web
pages with the use of a robot.txt file.
Recommended Solution:
For example, we would write a robot.txt file to
instruct the spider to stay OUT of your Photo
Gallery pages, or any dynamically generated web
pages.

PROBLEM #4:
Sitemap Page Needed
Every website
needs a "Sitemap" page that links from the "Home"
page. A Sitemap is a web page that lists all the
pages on your website with a link to each page.
Search engine spiders have algorithms that
specifically draw the spiders’ attention to find the
"Sitemap" page on your web site and begin indexing
all web pages from here. The Sitemap acts like a
"back-door" for the spider. The presence of a
Sitemap minimizes the effort for the spider to
locate all web pages on the entire web site. The aid
of a Sitemap is another way to attract the spiders
and to make sure they keep coming back to re-index
your site frequently.
Recommended Solution:
We will construct a Sitemap with a text-link to
every web page on the entire web site. A Sitemap
link will be added to every page of the web site.

PROBLEM #5:
Resources Page Needed
Every website
needs a "Resources" page or "Links" page for linking
to other web sites. Linking to other reputable
websites that have similar content or related
content to your site is critical for developing
popularity in the search engine community. An
important search engine algorithm will measure your
Link Popularity. Link popularity is measured by the
number and quality of links on the Internet that
link to your site from link partners. The algorithm
also measures the relevancy of your link partners’
content to your site content. So, it’s important to
exchange links with the right partners. For example,
Cosmetic Dentist, Medical Suppliers, and other
relevant industry-specific entities are excellent
link partners, provided they have a healthy website.
Recommended Solution:
We will construct a "Resources" page
for building link popularity with other websites.
Links will be updated and edited as partner sites
are added to the Resources page. Monthly maintenance
is necessary.

PROBLEM #6:
Javascript Scrubbed Off the Website
Most websites
today use some Javascript for various effects on
their website. Unfortunately, search engine spiders
cannot read Javascript. If there is Javascript in
the HTML codes of your web page, this can slow down
the spiders progress as it tries to read your web
page. If there is alot of Javascript, the spider may
become so slowed down that if simply gives up trying
to read your web page and it bounces to another web
page. As a result, those web pages that had heavy
Javascript code are NOT indexed with the spider.
This can greatly reduce your SEO listings.
Recommended Solution:
W need to move the
Javascript
off the individual HTML pages to an external file.
Moving the
Javascript
will not inhibit the functionality of your web
pages, it just gets the code off the HTML pages and
references the
Javascript
from an external source file on the server where
your website is hosted.
